Other Ways to Help

The Humane Society is a non-profit organization that operates on donations and fundraising events. If you don't have the time to volunteer, we are always happy to accept other kinds of gifts to help our furry friends.

Foster a Dog or Cat

Fostering an animal is one of the most direct ways to help a rescue/shelter animal. Sharing your time, home and your heart with a "homeless" animal will make the pet more adoptable and it will make you feel good! Consider short term or long term fostering.

Sponsor a Dog or Cat

Can’t have a dog or cat at this time, but still want to help? Consider sponsoring a cat or dog! This unique program lets you receive a quarterly update and a picture of your furry beneficiary.

Crates For Love

Collapsible crates are needed for the transport of animals in the event of a hurricane. All sizes are needed!
